Membrane Bio –Reactor 

 

Enhanced nutrient removal (Denitrification and Bio-P) without chemicals or separate tanks

The water flows top-down and the air is blown bottom-up. Air–water contact occurs when water flows by gravity over the surfaces of packing materials. dissolved iron reacts with oxygen in the atmosphere, turns to Fe3+. After that, water will be treated by gravity separation and granular filtration

Sequencing Batch Reactors tank (SBR)

             

The pilot shows principle of a SBR tank that works in a cycle of five stages: fill, react, settle, draw and idle. Pollutants removal efficiency: BOD5: 95%, COD: 90%, TDS: 95%, Pathogen: N/A

Cyclone Separator

 

Air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top (wide end) of the cyclone and ending at the bottom (narrow) end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the center of the cyclone and out the top. Larger particles in the rotating stream have too large inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream, and strike the outside wall, then fall to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed

MultiCyclone Separator

 

 

The working principle is similar to  that of the single Cyclone Separator. They are for course dust and efficiency is higher than single cyclone separator
