First, let me introduce myself, My name is Professor Piyasan Praserthdam from the Center of excellence in catalysis and catalytic reaction engineering (CECC), ascribed to the chemical engineering department of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. Our center has long-time experience in catalysis and is ranked as the top research center in Thailand.
I would like to request some help from you to announce the openings for Ph.D. scholarships.
The scholarship is within the second-century foundation program (C2F) and the stipend covers approximately 860 USD (30000 THB) per month for the 3 years program (Master's degree holder); and approximately 560 USD (20000 THB) for the first two years and 860 USD (30000 THB) the last three years for the 5 years program (BSc degree holder). The accommodation at the International dormitory is also covered, 280 USD (10000 THB), and also covers the tuition fees.
The students should cover the following criteria:
For MEng or MSc degree holders (3 years Ph.D. program):
GPA > 3.5/4
English proficiency score: IELTS 5.5/TOEFL iBT 46/ TOEFL PBT 550
For BSc holders (5 years program):
GPA > 3.5/4 or GPA > 3.25 (if the certificate is from University within the world's top 500 Universities )
English proficiency score: IELTS 5.5/TOEFL iBT 46/ TOEFL PBT 550
The period for online registration for the Ph.D. program in Chemical engineering is between Feb 1st and March 31st.
